If you need the church projector or sound system, you need to have one of the trained church techs there to assist you.

No alcohol is allowed on the church premises.

Church supplies should not be used without permission or replacement.

The building is not reserved until you receive confirmation.

If approved, you are responsible for adding this to the calendar and submitting announcement requests. If you’re not sure how to do this, we’d be happy to help.

This ministry is not approved until the Revival Church Leadership confirms with you that the leadership has reviewed it and approved it.
